The Greenhills Mars Rover team won first place in the University of Michigan Mars Rover High School Design Contest.

Northville resident, Alex Wozniak,  was a member of the all-senior team that won a $600 prize for their first-place finish. Guidance was provided by Dr. Deano Smith and Dr. Jim Lupton. Other team members included Ryan Geiger, Blake Martin, Jakob Rodseth and Michael Szocik. The event was sponsored by the University Of Michigan College of Engineering Mars Rover Team.
