Crime Report: Car Stolen, Two Others Broken Into on Broadmoor Circle

One car was stolen and two others were broken into overnight on April 12 on the 44000 block of Broadmoor Circle, according to Northville Township police reports.
According to police, a 44-year-old man contacted police around 10:30 a.m. on April 13 to report that his 2012 Ford station wagon was missing. He told police he had parked it in the driveway of his home around 11 p.m. on April 12 and was unsure if he had locked it. He told police the key was in the driver's door pocket of the car.
Police entered the car into the Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN) as stolen, and it was recovered by Detroit police on April 15, showing no signs of damage.
Around 8 a.m. on April 13, a 46-year-old man who lives on the 44000 block of Boadmoor Circle contacted police to report that his briefcase was missing from the backseat of his car, which he said he had parked in his driveway around 7 p.m. the night before. He told police he could not remember if he had locked the car, and that the glove box and the center storage console were open and the contents emptied onto the floor when he went out to the car that morning.
Another Broadmoor Circle resident, a 47-year-old man, reported to police that his car glove box was open and emptied as well on the morning of April 13, and that his wallet containing three credit cards and $100 in cash was missing. He said he had parked his car in his driveway around 6 p.m. on April 12.
Car egged, side mirror broken
A 51-year-old man who lives on the 16000 block of Brooklane Boulevard called Northville Township police around 6:50 a.m. on April 12 to report that his car had been egged the previous night. He said the side mirror was also broken off.
The man said the car is primarily driven by his son, a junior at Northville High School. His son was on vacation at the time, and the man could not think of any possible suspects.
Woman caught driving without license
A 33-year-old woman, a Garden City resident, was arrested by City of Northville police on April 6 for driving without a driver's license, according to police reports. According to the report, the woman's license had been suspended for the past 10 years. She was originally pulled over for going 55 miles per hour in a 40 mph zone.
The woman was released on a $300 cash bond and was given a court date of April 23.
