My favorite concert would have to be seeing the Trans-Siberian Orchestra last year. the orchestra and lights were matched so perfectly, and the choir sounded angelic.

Bach! His music reminds me of my parents whose first date was Brunch with Bach at the DIA.

Several years ago, I had the pleasure of seeing the DSO perform Stravinsky's Firebird and Rimsky-Korsakov's Scheherazade; they were both absolutely wonderful! But I have to say, Mussorgsky and his piece "Night on Bald Mountain" wins as my favorite ^^

It is hard to say who my favorites are--Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart, my husband's favorite piece "Meditation from'Thais'" by Massenet--so many, but I love the lush sounds of Brahms so he gets my vote.

Depends on my mood. My favorites include: Mussorgsky, Tchaikovsky, Ravel, Rimsky-Korsakov, Debussy, Mozart, Stravinsky, Prokofiev.

I guess I tend to lean towards the Russians...

Beethoven is phenomenal.
The most recent visit was this past Sunday listening to Beethoven's Ninth Symphony.
The final program of Beethoven's Festival included tenors and sopranos; very inspiring and moving.
Music dedicated to God for planet earth.
Wagner is another A+ composer as are all the composers making music to save planet earth.

The great American composer Aaron Copland. His was a unique style of composing that intergrated American history and way of life in many of his compositions.
