Track Santa on His Route Around the World
NORAD's "Track Santa" feature allows kids to see the jolly man in red as he makes his way around the world – even as he approaches Northville.
The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) is charged with keeping the United States and Canada safe from dangers originating from the sky or space.
Tonight, however, the Colorado-based government agency adds one more important task to its daily list of duties.
The agency will again provide its Official Santa Tracker that marks The Big Man's every move as he makes his way throughout both hemispheres.
While there's no way to tell when Santa will stop in Northville or what his route is – though at the time this story was posted he was reportedly in Bangkok, Thailand – the site says, "NORAD tracks Santa, but only Santa knows his route, which means we cannot predict where and when he will arrive at your house."
"We do, however, know from history that it appears he arrives only when children are asleep! In most countries, it seems Santa arrives between 9:00 p.m. and midnight on December 24th."
