There will be several closures around town. But if you have business to get done at the city or township offices and other locations, you'd better get it done today.

Several key government offices will be closed on Friday and through the weekend. So we've put together a list to help you navigate your pre-holiday schedule.

• The Northville Township government offices will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 25, Thanksgiving, and Friday, Nov. 26. They'll resume normal hours on Monday, Nov.  29th from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• City of Northville government offices are closed on Thanksgiving and Friday, Nov. 26.

• The Northville Art House is closed today through Nov. 30th, It will reopen on Wednesday, December 1st at 1 p.m. 

• The Northville District Library will be closed on Thanksgiving but will resume regular hours on Friday.
• Northville Public Schools will be closed on Thanksgiving and Friday, Nov. 26th. And classes will continue on Monday, Nov. 29th.
• The Post Office will also be closed on Thanksgiving. It will be open on Friday, Nov. 26th at its usual time, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
