Despite the high temperatures Saturday afternoon, the Arts & Acts festival drew a big crowd to the streets of downtown Northville.

Artists, musicians and vendors of all sorts, from around the state and country, sold their handmade goods on Main and Center streets.

Also part of the activites was the Reel Michigan film festival, which highlights the works of local filmmakers.

The film festival was held only on Saturday but the art sale will continue Sunday. See our previous story for a full schedule of Sunday's events.
