Many things have changed at Margo's Salon & Spa of Northville since it opened in 1987.
Owner Margo Kramar said some of the biggest changes have been in technology. Advances in skin care treatment have really impressed her throughout the years.
"People with acne — we can really make a difference. People with rosacea — we can help them heal," Kramar said. She added that people trying to combat wrinkles can also be helped in ways they never could be helped before.
"Anti-aging is all about keeping that cellular structure moving. We can do that," she said.
Margo's offers a variety of services, including:
- Haircuts and color
- Skin care services including electrolysis, waxing
- Massages
- Makeup
- Nail services
A new feature the salon and spa will offer are teeth-whitening treatments. Teresa Renaud, president of WhiteScience Michigan, is partnering with Margo's to offer the service.
