Woman Reports Theft from Jeep Wrangler in Northville Township
Woman reports soft roof, window cut open on vehicle.
Northville Township Police met March 5 with a woman at a home at the 16000 block of East Crystal Downs reporting a break-in and possible theft from her Jeep Wrangler, according to a police report.
The woman told police at about 2:22 a.m. on March 5, her dog began to bark and she heard a car door. Thinking it was just the neighbors across the street, the woman didn’t pay attention to it but at 7:30 a.m. she left her home and found the soft roof and window to her dark blue 2000 Jeep Wrangler cut open, the report indicated.
The woman told police she believes a pair of Oakley sunglasses had been stolen.
Police checked with neighbors and could not find any witnesses or suspects.
