Ceremony Readings

Choosing a reading for your ceremony can be a tough decision with so many options.

You want to pick something that reflects how you feel about your wedding, relationship, and future. It should be something you love and believe in and that your friends and family can associate to you. When choosing a reading, remember less is often more. Limit it to one or two readings, ceremonies don't need to be too lengthy. You can choose to have the readings done by a close family member, friend, or the person performing the ceremony.

Here is a list of some popular readings at ceremonies:

1. To Love is Not to Possess by James Kavanaugh

2. Corinthians 13:4-8a

3. I Love You by Roy Croft

4. Blessing of the Apaches

5. Thoughts on Marriage by Mark Twain
