Danialle Karmanos' Work It Out (DKWIO). For our third annual bike ride, we have organized an exciting one-day 62 mile (metric century) bike ride to help DKWIO raise funds to provide healthy programming for the kids in our community.

We only have spots for 150 riders. So don't wait!

Early registration at the discounted rate ($50) has been extended.

Be sure to invite friends and family, 18 years or older, to join the ride.

On site registration day of event is $75 until 7:30am.  Registration will close at 7:30am.
