DESCRIPTION:Thanks to the support of the Northville community\, $35\,000 
 has been evenly divided between the NHS band and choir departments.&nbsp
 \;&nbsp\; The sixth annual Music Boosters&rsquo\; Raffle was held betwee
 n September and December of 2012.&nbsp\;54% of available tickets were so
 ld\, which is an increase from 2011&rsquo\;s raffle total.&nbsp\; Ten wi
 nning tickets for cash prizes were drawn during the afterglow following 
 December 20&rsquo\;s holiday concert. &nbsp\;&nbsp\;Proceeds will fund m
 usical instrument purchase and repair\, sheet music\, recording equipmen
 t\, classroom materials and professional support.&nbsp\;&nbsp\;\nCountry
  Cabaret 2013\, presented by NHS Choirs\, will take center stage this co
 ming Saturday\, February 23 at 7 p.m.&nbsp\; 12-15 individual or group a
 cts promise a high-spirited evening\, served up country style.&nbsp\; Ca
 baret-style seating (up to ten people per table) and the sounds of count
 ry music will fill the school cafeteria.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; A light meal with
  a southern flair and refreshments are included in the ticket price of $
 10 in advance or $15 at the door.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; Contact Carol Grimmer at

 ir concert is slated for Thursday\, March 14 at 7 p.m. in the NHS audito
 rium.&nbsp\; Middle school students savor the opportunity to step up to
