HYPNOSIS SEMINAR: HOW TO STOP SMOKING OR LOSE WEIGHT
The first hour you will see demonstrations of hypnosis and how it is used to make behavioral changes to eliminate the stressors and triggers that cause you to use tobacco or overeat. Learn how to control stress, worry and depression. Achieve your goals and start living
The next 30 minutes is specifically for anyone who wants to lose weight (or not gain weight when quitting smoking). Hypnosis blocks the craving for certain foods ; it eliminates the need to nibble and snack when you aren’t even hungry.
The last 30 minutes is for smokers only. Stop smoking immediately, the easiest way possible. Hypnosis will enable you to kick the smoking habit without any withdrawal, craving tobacco, or any other unpleasant side effects that are normally associated with quitting.
All participants will receive a hypnosis CD to use for reinforcement at home. David Rowe, nationally known hypno-therapist, has helped thousands of people. He can help you too. A $10 material fee is payable to instructor at class
