Driver Crashes into Frozen Pond in Northville

The driver lost control of the vehicle during Thursday's storm, according to the Observer & Eccentric.

Thursday's snowstorm wreaked havoc on southeast Michigan's roads and Northville was no exception. 

A driver lost control of a car during the storm near Haggerty and Six Mile roads in Northville Township, and then drove onto the frozen pond at the side of the road. See the video above, captured by John Heider of the Observer & Eccentric and Hometown Media, for the full story.

The driver was rescued by Northville Township Police within 10 minutes, according to the video.
