Hazardous Weather Outlook Issued for Wayne, Oakland Counties

Northville is expected to get more snow through Tuesday.

With Northville residents barely done shoveling out of the weekend's storm, more snow is on the way.

The National Weather Service (NWS) issued a hazardous weather outlook Monday for southeast Michigan, including Wayne and Oakland counties. There is expected to be a burst of snow late Monday evening and into early morning Tuesday mainly before 4 a.m., bringing about 2 inches of snow accumulation.

There is another low pressure system that will come through southern Michigan on Tuesday, bringing more snow — about half an inch to 2 inches of accumulation — in the afternoon, according to NWS.
