Thanks to dozens of generous donations, Patch has raised $3,276 through our Patch Fights Hunger online food drive, supporting Gleaners Community Food Bank.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 to feed families throughout southeast Michigan.
This virtual food drive runs through Sunday, Nov. 24, and is the first for the Gleaners Community Food Bank. The 30 Michigan Patch sites are proud and honored to be their first partner.
But Northville is one of just a few Michigan Patch communities that has not given anything to the cause.
Nearby, Novi Patch residents have given $50, Plymouth-Canton residents have given $122 and Farmington-Farmington Hills residents have given $20.
The top giving Patch communities are Dearborn with $495 in donations and Rochester-Rochester Hills with $345 in donations.
