A wind chill advisory has been issued from 7 p.m. on Saturday until 10 a.m. Sunday for all of southeast Michigan, according to the National Weather Service.

Temperatures are expected to plummet to as low as -10 degrees this evening. Due to a blast of arctic air that will be traveling through southeast Michigan, temperatures will feel as low as -25 degrees this evening and as low as -15 degrees Sunday morning.

Scattered snow showers will still be possible throughout the night. Anyone on the roads should take caution of blowing snow and icy conditions.

Wind chills may also lead to hypothermia or frost bite on exposed skin. If you must venture outside be sure to wear a hat and gloves.
