Michigan’s second-largest public art festival marks its 33rd year in downtown Plymouth, welcoming more than 400 artists from around the United States. Among the festivities are One Love Reggae Band, performing from noon-4 p.m. Friday at the corner of Ann Arbor Trail and Forest Avenue. You can also catch some live performance art: The living mural will return throughout the three-day event and George Tait’s Living Statue will be on display from noon-4 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
