Silver Springs school is proud to present their first production of their newly formed drama club.  Written, directed, and created by their very own Jason Brooks.  He  began the drama program at the beginning of the year to help support the Leader in Me intitiative that took off this year for Silver Springs. Throughout the year, Mr. Brooks had 70 children in the 4th and 5th grade levels perform acts that were based around the 7 Healthy Habits by Steven Covey.  In the end of the year production, Tallest Tale, 18 students were chosen to create a one of a kind performance.  The stage props, costumes, and lighting will be facilitated by students.  The entire school is anxiously awaiting the production on Friday, June 8th.  There will be a school-wide performance at 2:45, and a community performance at 7 p.m.  This is a free event, so come over to Silver Springs Friday to see this creative and masterfully executed production!

It was a great show! What an enthusiastic effort from all of the boys and girls. It looked like the cast had a good time performing and the audience responded with laughter and loud applause.
Well done Mr. Brooks and the rest of your team... thank you for your time and effort - I know Jordan appreciated your help and effort as well! Steve G.
