Scream 4 Extra, Northville Resident, Recounts Experience

Neve Campbell, Courtney Cox and David Arquette are some of the most notable figures in the Scream horror movie series.

But a face that people in Northville might spot easily in the film – which comes out Tuesday on DVD and blu-ray – is that of an extra with local ties. 

The Examiner published a Q&A with the daughter of Next Chapter's owners, Lindsay Comaianni, who was an extra in the film. She talks about the set, behind-the-scenes security and meeting director Wes Craven.

There was a celebration at Next Chapter with a showing at a Livonia theater in April.

The movie was shot partially in Northville and Plymouth. The bookstore featured in the film is the Next Chapter Bookstore and Bistro on Main Street. It was also filmed at a house in the city.
