Q: When were you founded?

Vision was founded in 1995 and moved to our first office on Center Street in 2001. We just recently moved to a larger office in the Northville Square building in June 2012.

Q: How did your business come to be?

The original founder started the company in 1995 to provide technical computer service for home, friends, and family. After a couple of years, the technical services started to extend to the small business realm when in 2000 Vision started putting a serious focus on the small business and their technology needs. In 2007, Vision evolved their offerings to provide fixed-cost IT services that prevented problems from happening versus the traditional break/fix model of computer service.  Over the past 5 years we have focused on creating a culture where people love what they do and enjoy helping our clients grow.

Q: Why did you choose Northville?

The owner was born and raised in Northville, currently lives there, and loves the town and area. It is a beautiful area and a short drive to work!

Q: What kinds of services do you offer?

VCS provides best-in-class business technology consulting. That means we remove your IT problems, unhappiness and stress and replace it with an efficient and powerful technology system that helps your business become more productive and realize more revenue. On a 24/7, basis we support, manage and maintain our client’s technology systems. No more hourly rates, variable cost or surprises. Q: What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

We promote and advocate a culture that is reflected most accurately in books such as “Delivering Happiness…”, “Linchpin”, “Good to Great”, “Great by Choice”, and “The Law of Success in Sixteen Lessons.” We are fun, but professional. We relax, but deliver expected results.  We work hard, but have meaningful purpose to why we work hard (to promote family and well-being, in our core values). We are not your typical company where you punch a clock and dread going to work. We are a place where you want to spend your time and are a part of a meaningful purpose and outstanding staff of creative, intelligent individuals. Our clients see this when we work with them every day.

Q: What do you want your business to be best known for?

Mostly the aforementioned culture we have created. We want to become the most well-known, best practiced based IT consultant in SE Michigan. We want to be a place that people want to become a part of. We want to be the team that takes the dread and confusion out of technology.
