Atmosphere: Diners at Rojo (as it is commonly called) can relax in big comfy booths and enjoy the sophisticated atmosphere as they sample upscale Mexican dishes. Extra attention was paid to the lighting here with large hanging lamps and a back lit display of specialty liquors in the center of the room.
Bar: There's a separate bar area with elevated tables and chairs where lunch or dinner can be enjoyed. There is full bar service with speciality drinks and a lengthy tequila menu featuring selects and reserves, aged and even “rested” tequilas.

Dishes sampled: Guacamole made tableside is always a must when dining here. A cart with all the ingredients is wheeled to your table and you can decide how spicy you would like it to be and what ingredients you prefer to be included or excluded with the mashed avocado. Rojo nachos are also served in generous portions, with chips and refried beans, assorted cheeses and other toppings. The chicken and steak fajitas always come served with a hearty portion of freshly grilled meat and veggies to put inside a soft, warmed tortilla. The homemade red sauce that covers the enchiladas is a strong sensation of tomatoes and peppers and provides a hearty topping to any filling inside.
