1. Northville weather
A steady temperature around 40 degrees is likely today. Occasional rain is expected before 4 p.m., followed by a possible mix of rain and snow in the late afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. Two inches of snow are possible after 10 p.m. with a low around 27 degrees.
2. Gas prices
The lowest reported gasoline price in the Northville area – according to DetroitGasPrices.com via GasBuddy.com – is $3.55 per gallon. 3. Event:
The Kids of all ages are invited to check out and learn about Michigan mammals in a special presentation by the Howell Nature Center. The event begins at 4:15 p.m.

4. This day in history
On this day in 1904, Henry Ford set a land-speed record of 91.37 mph on the frozen surface of Lake St. Clair, according to History.com. Ford was driving a four-wheel vehicle, which he called the "999."
