Matt Bach write in his latest blog about the Farmington Hills mayor and councilmember honoring Sen. Carl Levin at a conference. Bach writes, "Farmington Hills officials were among Michigan Municipal League members in Washington D.C. this week for the National League of Cities Congressional City Conference. During the Conference, the Michigan contingent met with U.S. Senator Carl Levin and had the opportunity to thank him for his years of service in the Senate. Levin announced last week that he will not seek a seventh term in Congress in 2014 after serving 34 years in office."
