Designed to provide a rapid introduction to unarmed self-defense tactics, techniques taught are based on instinctive reactions and gross motor skills that are possible to use while under extreme stress. 

Simple drills designed to quickly build both reflexive defensive responses and offensive skills into muscle memory are introduced and practiced. Several situational drills also are introduced to give attendees an idea of how the techniques are applied against the most common street attacks.  These are the techniques that are useful in the prevention of sexual assault.
