Master Weaver's Show at Dancing Eye Gallery

Master Weaver Sondra Hoffman brings her textile creations to Dancing Eye Gallery for the May First Friday Experience.  Sondra is a Northville resident and weaving instructor at Forma Studio in Whitmore Lake. Her work takes the form of scarves, baby blankets, table runners, and wraps. The artist's mix of color, texture, and technique creates luxurious and unique functional art pieces to grace homes and wardrobes.

Sondra earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Fine Arts, Textiles, and K-12 Teaching at Eastern Michigan University. She teaches ceramics and jewelry making at West Bloomfield High School.
