Cuban Infusion for Your Kitchen

You are cordially invited to, “Comer, aprender y ser feliz!” or as you may say it, “Eat, learn and be merry!”  Come to Busch’s Fresh Food Market of Plymouth/Northville as we host the talented Chef Eve Aronoff for a Cuban-inspired cooking class (Spanish lessons not included; tasty recipes guaranteed!).  

As a family-owned Michigan company, Busch’s Fresh Food Market values what our communities have to offer, including local chefs, which is why we’re partnering with enthusiastic foodies from “the mitten” to bring you an extraordinarily delicious series of cooking classes this year!  The first guest chef of the year, Eve Aronoff, is the chef/owner and creative culinary mind behind Frita Batidos, a Cuban and Latin American inspired restaurant in downtown Ann Arbor.

Eve grew up spending time in Miami with her grandmother, and it is there that the Cuban and Latino cultures became a major influence in her cooking.  She later went on to earn diplomas from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris in French Cuisine and Wine and Spirits, publish her own cookbook and now serves on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Restaurant Association while operating Frita Batidos.

Eve will be bringing her years of experience and passion for cooking to Busch’s Fresh Food Market in Plymouth/Northville during a live cooking demonstration on April 4th.  Throughout the hour and half cooking class, she’ll be sharing some of her own favorite authentic Cuban recipes, as well as her vast culinary knowledge!
