Community Update

I have lived here for about a year and a half now and although it has never been perfect, I have always loved it up until recently. I do not know who owns the complex but they need to make some large changes to there staff. The manager is very rarely available and does not return phone calls of any kind. When you do get to talk to him everything you say seems to go in one ear and out the other. The maintenance man comes and goes as he pleases and does work in a less than timely fashion. We spent all of last summer without air conditioning due to it being broken and no matter how many calls we made, it took a little over three months to get a new unit installed. The guy who does the matenance is currently under investigation by the Northville police for stealing a tenants motercycle. This will be the fourth bike in the past year to go missing from the complex, and the only one recovered. I can truly say I do not feel safe living in this complex anymore.
