Arrested in Northville | 35th District Court | Judge Ronald Lowe, Michael Gerou, James Plakas

If you are charged with a Michigan misdemeanor offense in Plymouth or Northville your case will be heard at the 35th District Court, which is located at 660 Plymouth Rd Plymouth, MI 48170.

If you are charged with a Michigan felony offense in Northville, your case will begin at the 35th District Court  for preliminary examination then proceed to the Wayne County Circuit Court for trial.

The presiding judges at the 35th District Court are the Honorable Ronald W. Lowe, the Honorable Michael J. Gerou, and the Honorable Honorable James A. Plakas.  The prosecuting attorney in Wayne County is Kym L. Worthy who is the elected official in charge of the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office.
