How to get an article taken off the patch?

My fiancée was found innocent of a crime by a jury, and yet Northville Patch still has an article up saying he's being convicted of the crime. I've been trying my hardest with emails, messages, and even trying to get ahold of the editor personally but it seems like they're just trying to avoid me. If it doesn't come down I'm afraid that I will have to press a criminal lawsuit against this company for defamation of character. Please if you have any ideas on a working phone number or office let me know!
