Several electronic items were also taken when four apartments were broken into.

Several electronics and 18 guns were stolen when four Northville apartments were burglarized Monday afternoon, according to Northville Detective Matthew Clemence.

City police were dispatched to the Tree Tops apartment building after one of the residents came home to find his door open. Police found the doors to four units had been kicked in. Several TVs and laptops were stolen from the apartments.

One of the apartment tenants is a gun collector, and he discovered that 15 of his hand guns and three rifles were stolen in the burglary. None of his ammunition was taken, however.
