4 People Trespass at Northville Psychiatric Hospital

The following information was supplied by Northville Township police. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Four people were caught trespassing at the former Northville Psychiatric Hospital around 5 p.m. May 15, according to a Northville Township police report.

An officer searched the property and found three men and one woman coming out of the main building, the report said. The officer ordered them to stop, but the three men ran back into the building while the woman stopped, according to the police report.

The officer arrested her and contacted Livonia police because she had a criminal bench warrant for contempt of court from that department, the report said.
