Construction Equipment Stolen from 3 Northville Twp. Homes

Northville Township police provided this information.

Someone stole the equipment of a Novi construction business from three Northville Township homes between 8 p.m. Dec. 12 and 8 a.m. Dec. 13, according to Northville Township police reports.

The construction superintendent for Infinity Homes Corp., 42400 Grand River Ave., said two propane gas hoses and one propane heater were missing from a home on the 17000 block of Horseshoe Drive, a report said. The home, which is under construction, was not secured at the time, according to the report.

Between the same time, another propane gas hose was missing from a second home on the 16000 block of Horseshoe Drive, according to a report. This home is also under construction and was not secured, the report said.

Equipment was also stolen from a third Northville Township home, on the 17000 block of Horseshoe Drive, within the same timeframe, a report said. The construction superintendent said four stantion columns (basement support steel columns) were missing, according to the report. This home was also not secured, the report said. 

There are no witnesses for any of these cases, according to the reports.
