Three cited for trespassing

Three 19-year-olds were cited for trespassing on July 13 at the Seven Mile property, the former psychiatric hospital in Northville Township, according to township police reports.

An officer spotted them on the roof of the powerhouse. They were cited for trespassing and are due to appear in the 35th District Court, according to the police report.

GPS reported stolen from vehicle

A GPS and various keys were stolen from an SUV parked on the 19000 block of Crystal Lake Drive, according to township police reports. The items were taken in the weeks before July 11, the owner told police. There were no signs of forced entry.

iPad reported stolen

A man reported to township police that his briefcase, which contained an iPad, was stolen from his unlocked vehicle sometime on July 13 or 14, according to township police reports. The vehicle was parked at the .

Northville woman arrested

A Northville woman was pulled over near Eight Mile and Novi roads on July 10 and found with a glass pipe containing marijuana residue, according to city police reports.

The woman had a suspended license, which prompted the stop by police, and during a search of the vehicle, a glass pipe was recovered, according to the police report. The pipe later tested positive for marijuana residue, and the woman was charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of marijuana paraphernalia, the report states.

She posted a $300 bond and was released. She is due to appear in the 35th District Court later this month.
