Vehicle break-ins reported
Three residents reported to Northville Township police that their vehicles were broken into sometime between the evening of Aug. 7 and the morning of Aug. 8. The break-in occurred on the Clairmont Circle.
- According to township police reports, a Burberry purse containing a passport and other items was stolen from one vehicle. It appeared the break-in occurred through the sunroof.
- Golf clubs were reported stolen from another vehicle nearby. The driver's side rear window was shattered during the break-in.
- CDs and sunglasses were reported stolen from a third vehicle on the same street.
Car damage reported
A man reported to Northville Township police that someone poured a liquid substance on his car that caused the paint to melt. The incident occurred on Aug. 8 on the 19000 block of Aqueduct Court.
Motorcycle reported stolen
Sometime between the evening of Aug. 8 and the morning of Aug. 9, a motorcycle was stolen from a lot in the Northville Woods Apartments, according to a township police report.
