Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant in Northville Township
Police: Man had outstanding child neglect warrant out of Oakland County.
Northville Township Police responded the evening of March 16 to the area of 8 Mile Road and Westview Drive for a report of a possibly intoxicated man walking westbound on 8 Mile Road, according to a police report.
Police stopped a man walking on the road after picking up the image of a man walking on the road with its thermal imaging system, the report indicated.
The man told police he was trying to get to a home in the area of Six Mile and Northville roads, according to the report, and the officer told the man he was heading the wrong way.

Police found the man had an outstanding warrant on a child neglect citation out of Oakland County, so police arrested the man on the warrant.
