Northville Man Causes Scene, Gets Banned from Bank

City of Northville police provided this information.

City of Northville police gave a Northville man a trespass notice Sept. 26 for causing a disturbance at Bank of America, according to a police report.

The man came to the bank, at 127 Hutton St., to deposit a check for $26,000, the report said. The check was too large to deposit until the check cleared, according to the report. The man said it wouldn’t clear until the next week and proceeded to become upset, according to the report.

A store employee said the man left the bank and began kicking his vehicle out of anger across the street, the report said. He then returned to the store and swore at everyone present, according to the report.
