Person Steals Cash Register from Northville Business

City of Northville police provided this information.

Someone broke into and stole from Clean-A-Rama, 123 East Dunlap Street, around 2 a.m. Oct. 21, according to a City of Northville police report.

An employee said she noticed one of the cash registers was missing and the glass on the front door had been smashed, the report said. Officers found a rock that had been thrown through the front door, according to the report.

The register that was taken had about $75 worth of bills and loose change, the report said. The officers will contact the owner who has access to the video footage from inside the store and nearby Begonia Brothers in reference to their video footage of the outside of the store, the report said.
