Police Arrest Northville Man on Charges of Indecent Exposure

Northville Township police arrested a man on May 31 on charges of indecent exposure, according to a police report. 

A woman said she was walking southbound on the sidewalk from Kroger on Haggerty Road to Bed, Bath & Beyond while pushing her 5-month-old son in his stroller, the report said. She noticed a blue Chevrolet Avalanche driving slowly in the same direction, according to the report.

The woman looked over and saw the man pull alongside her, the car's passenger window rolled down, with his erect penis exposed, the report said.

She said the man looked to be about 50 years old, according to the report. She went into Bed, Bath & Beyond to write down the man’s license plate number and call police, the report said.

An officer found the man on Brookwood Court and arrested him, according to the report.

He pled not guilty during his arraignment and was given a $300 cash bond, house arrest and a GPS tether, the report said.
