A second teen Saline accused in the Feb. 15 death of Michigan State University student Dustyn Frolka is expected to plead guilty Monday in Clinton County Circuit Court.

Tyrel Bredernitz, 18, will appear in court at 9 a.m. and is expected to accept a deal on charges  of felony murder, unarmed robbery and conspiracy to commit unarmed robbery, MLive/The Ann Arbor News reports.

Clinton County Prosecutor Charles Sherman said in April that he was working with Bredernitz on a plea and Monday is the final day for him to accept the deal to avoid a trial.

Last month, Samantha Grigg, 18, was sentenced from six to 15 yrs in prison for her role in Frokla’s death. She pled guilty in April to manslaughter and unarmed robbery charges.

Bredernitz and another defendant, Brenden Heim, are accused of paying Grigg to drive them as they robbed Frolka as retribution for a drug deal that had reportedly soured. According to reports, Frolka jumped from the car as the beating was occurring on Interstate 69 and died en route to a hospital.
