Woman's Car Keyed at Northville Downs

The following information was provided by the City of Northville Police Department.

A 31-year-old woman from Whitmore Lake reported that her car was damaged in the Northville Downs parking lot on Jan. 18, according to a police report.

The woman works as a dealer in the poker room and was working from 6-11 p.m. that night, the report said. She parked her 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix in the main lot at Northville Downs with her car facing Center Street.

She realized shortly after she had been driving home that her car tires were flat, the report said. She pulled into a nearby gas station to call the police, the report said. Police found that her front two tires were flat and someone had keyed her car, the report said. Someone had keyed "Whore" on the passenger side of the car and another indistinguishable word that started with a "B."

The woman told police that she had no idea who did this and did not have any enemies in the area, the report said.

The next morning, the woman woke up to find the back two tires of her car flat. She called police to report it and said she is not sure if it happened earlier at Northville Downs or later that night when her car was parked in her driveway. The police officer said in the report that those two tires appeared full and not flat at all earlier that evening.
