• Arraigned on a charge of violation of the public health code for possession of drug paraphernalia in Canton on Aug. 5, 2011
• Failed to appear for a pretrial hearing on Sept. 20, 2011
• A warrant has been issued for her arrest

Nikole Lashonne Brooks, 38, Westland

• Charged with simple larceny in Aug. 25, 2010 in the City of Plymouth
• Pretrial hearing held on Sept. 20, 2011

Tanya Marie DeBono, 29, Belleville

• Charged with retail fraud in Canton committed on July 1, 2011
• Adjourned because defendant was in labor
• Notice to appear generated

Gay Longlen Edward Lavee, 37, Detroit

• Charged with one count of retail fraud committed in Northville Township on March 22, 2009
• Violated probation
• Failed to appear in court for a probationary hearing
• Bench warrant issued

Derek Brown, 30, Wyandotte

• Charged with one count of possession of marijuana in Northville on April 7, 2010
• Probation hearing scheduled on Sept. 20, 2011
• Rescheduled, defendant provided proof of court conflict

Dustin Tyler Smith, 21, Canton

• Arraigned on one count of violation of the public health code for possession of drug paraphernalia committed on August 4, 2011 in Canton
• Pleaded guilty on September 20, 2011
• Presentencing interview and report scheduled
