Stephen Dwayne Battle, 21, Canton
- Charged with one count of possession of marijuana committed in Canton on Aug. 17, 2011
- Pleaded guilty
- Presentencing interview and report recommended probation
- Also assessed total fines of $1,258
Ashley Nicole Fogle-Tost, 22, Everglades City, FL

- Charged with one count of third degree retail fraud committed in Canton on June 30, 2011
- Requested a court appointed attorney at her pretrial hearing
- Pleaded guilty to the charge and was referred to probation for a presentencing interview and report
Jordan Frederick Terrell, 21, Canton
- Violation of probation for his delayed sentence, for his conviction on a charge of disorderly conduct in Canton on May 19, 2011
- By violating the delayed sentence, the defendant did not prove his eligibility for leniency by the court.
- Failed to appear at this hearing
- A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest
Michael Cobie Austin, 33, Otisville, MI
- Charged with one count of possession of marijuana committed in Northville Township on Sept. 2, 2011
- Pleaded guilty
- Presentencing interview and report recommended probation and that he report by mail
- Also assessed total fines of $1,008
