Public Safety Director John Werth said the accident was not serious and the driver is not in trouble.
"All we need to do is document incident," Werth said.
A male student was walking and tripped, falling into a moving car, according to an email message from principal Rob Watson to parents. It also reads that, "The student injured his arm. The driver of the vehicle asked the student if he was OK and the student responded that he was. The van then left the parking lot."
