Maybury Family Camp Out

Maybury State Park is hosting two family weekend camp outs this summer. Set-up begins at noon on Saturday for both weekends and clean-up should be completed by Sunday at noon. The camp outs including a history walk through the park, fishing, crafts, a campfire and, of course, s'mores! No pets please. These weekends will happen rain or shine, unless advised otherwise on the weather hotline (248-449-9951). Each vehicle must have a Michigan State Park Pass. Participants will receive a camping information packet after registration. REI of Northville will also provide a member discount to anyone who rents a tent, sleeping bag or stove for the event. Please bring your camp out receipt to the store, located at 17559 Haggerty Rd., to receive the discount. To register for the camp outs, contact Northville Parks and Recreation or visit their website.
