This flow yoga class is perfect for anyone looking to improve flexibility, relieve tension, and increase mindfullness.
Experience stretching and relaxation by using supported poses to awaken dull areas of the body. Improve circulation and flexibility with this well-deserved workout. Bring a blanket and/or large towels to class to enhance your experience. Yoga mats, blocks and straps will also be used and can be provided if you do not have them.
All levels of ability are welcome, but be mindful that we will be doing many poses on the floor. Come as you are.
