Northville Loses to Catholic Central in Playoff Opener
The Northville High School varsity football team loses Friday's game.
The Northville High School varsity football team lost to Novi's Detroit Catholic Central, 14 to 35, in the first round of the Division 1 playoffs Friday.
“We knew we had to protect the football and we had to force turnovers,” Northville coach Matt Ladach told MLive.com. “We knew we had to create big plays and to avoid them making big plays. Obviously, none of those things happened.”
The Mustangs ended their regular season with eight consecutive wins.
