Friday Night Concert and More This Weekend

1. Friday Night Concert - Northville High School Jazz Band

When: Friday 7 to 9 p.m.
Where: Town Square in downtown Northville
What: Free! Concerts are for all ages, so grab a lawn chair and bring the whole family down for a fun night out!

2. May 31st is your LAST DAY to say THANKS!!

When: Friday
Where: across Northville schools
What: May 31st is your last day to order Certificates of Appreciation for your student's exceptional Teachers, Principal, Counselor, Bus Driver, etc. with the Thank-A-Staff program sponsored by the Northville Educational Foundation and Mothers' Club of Northville. 3. Friends of Northville District Library Used Book Sale

When: 10 a.m. Friday through Saturday and Sunday Saturday
Where: Northville District Library
What:  Find bargains in adult and youth fiction and non-fiction books, CDs and DVDs.  Join the Friends of the Library and get a free bag of used books with membership. Membership dues and proceeds from the used book sale support and enhance library services.

4. OLV Victory Run 

When: Saturday 7:30 to 11:30 am.
Where: Our Lady of Victory School, 133 Orchard Street in Northville
What: It's a 5K Run & Walk & Kid's Fun Run. Medals will be presented to top 3 finishers in the following groups for Male and Female: Overall, 10 & Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Proceeds to benefit OLV, Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and National Multiple Sclerosis Society and to the Richard Family Fund - the family of Martin Richard, the 8-year-old victim of the Boston Marathon explosions.

5. Rouge Rescue at Mill Race Village

When: Saturday 9 a.m. to noon
Where: Mill Race Village in Northville

6. Senior All Night Party

When: Sunday - 3 to 5:30 p.m. for community walk-through; 9 p.m. for seniors.
Where: Northville High School
What: The Class of 2013 Northville High School Graduates will arrive at the high school at 9:00 pm to enjoy their Senior All Night Party. This year’s theme will take on a more Cirque du Soleil flavor offering a wide variety of entertainment that will look to please everyone’s pallet. The public is invited to attend the community walk-through on Sunday.
