While I love my home and our quiet and safe community, the property management is on it's third inception in the three years that I've owned a condo here. I've called numerous times and have written two emails with no acknowledgement or response with regards to work I need done on the outside of my unit. We as co-owners pay significant association dues here (way more than most condo complexes--mine is over $300 a month) and I think, at the very least, customer service should be up to par when we have questions or issues. Our amenities are many, but most are in disrepair as well. It is quite unfortunate and I have no idea who to turn to. Our Association Board and the law firm that owns Country Place seems to be of no help as well with my brief encounters of them.
