A great sunny day. Headed out to get the car washed. The $12 wash was on sale for $7. Did not do all that was promised. Was told that the inside wipe was discontinued and not offered yet it was listed as one of the services. "We don't do that anymore when asked after the wash." Told him I was disappointed and that I might not come back. "That's fine," he replied, turning and walking away. So much for customer service.
