At Poise Pilates, an instructor will guide you through a personal workout focused on the basics of Pilates. The instructor will determine your weaknesses and strengths and develop a personalized workout just for you. This studio offers mat classes as well as machine training. Prices for a first introductory class start at $25 for 90 minutes. Prices then vary depending upon the class. Appointments are required.
